  •    When can I pick up my order?
  • Your order will be ready in the stores as early as the next working day*. An email will be sent to you when your items are ready.
    *For orders placed before 12 noon.
  •    What do I need to pick up my order?
  • Bring your 'Order confirmation' email with order identification code on your phone. You'll also need a valid government-issued photo ID.
  •    How long will the store hold my reserved items?
  • Orders made online and scheduled for in-store pick up will be held at the store for 5 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 5 days, you will be automatically refunded.
  •    Can I return items bought through in-store pickup?
  • Contact Samsung Customer Service to process returns after your pickup. Register for return and we will arrange for pickup by courier.
  •    Can I change my pick up location after placing my order?
  • Unfortunately, not at the moment.
  •    Can I send someone to pick up on my behalf?
  • We hope to welcome you in person. But if you are unable to pick up the parcel, please ensure you provide a Letter of Authorisation and the assigned person needs to bring the valid IDs for verification. You can reach out to our customer service for at 1800-726 7864 for any assistance.
  •    What if I missed the pickup deadline?
  • We understand that you have a busy schedule. We will send reminder emails during the pickup window period after the arranged pickup date. Thereafter, you can reach out to our customer service for alternative arrangements at 1800-726 7864.
