Samsung Rewards is a loyalty program where users earn Samsung Rewards points by buying Samsung products and using Samsung services. Points can be redeemed toward purchases on Samsung.com.

By creating a Samsung Account, you can enroll into Samsung Rewards.

If you set up your Samsung Account after the 11th of April 2023, you would have been automatically enrolled into Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do — you can start benefitting from Rewards straight away.

If you set up your Samsung Account before the 11th of April 2023, you can join Samsung Rewards by visiting https://www.samsung.com/ph/rewards/ and clicking the "Join Now" button on the page or through Samsung Members app.

Samsung Rewards Points can be earned by purchasing products and services on Samsung.com as an enrolled Samsung Rewards member while logged into your Samsung Account.

Earned points will be credited to your account 14 days after your product has been received.

"Reserved Status" of rewards means that points have been earned but are pending and not yet active (redeemable). Points are credited 14 days after you have received your purchase.

For an eligible transaction, you will earn Points equivalent to 1% value of eligible purchase amount. Every Php1 spent earns 0.01 point, each point is redeemable for Php1. Minimum 10 points required for redemption. For example, a purchase of Php1,000 earns 10 points, redeemable for a discount of Php10 on the Samsung eStore.

Samsung Rewards Points are only earned on eligible purchases made through the Samsung.com/ph (excluding the Samsung Education Store, Samsung Business, Samsung Enhanced Partnership Portals and Samsung Government). Purchases made outside of these purchases will not earn Samsung Rewards Points, and Samsung Rewards may vary depending on product purchased. Certain orders are not eligible for Rewards, including but not limited to those placed by resellers, third parties, or as the result of fraud. Samsung reserves the right to alter and modify benefits and exclusions at any time.

Your rewards value is calculated on total amount that you have paid.

Yes. Starting November 1, 2023, new accumulated reward points will expire 36 months from the date they were earned.

Old reward points accumulated and earned on or before October 31, 2023, will expire 24 months with no validity extension.

You can find a summary of your Samsung Rewards points and the purchases that you earned them from, by visiting Samsung Members App. Samsung Rewards Point can be obtained through the Benefits section. You will need to be logged into your Samsung.com account to view this information.

Log in to your Samsung account while you are making a purchase on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to use your points to pay for all or part of qualified products on Samsung.com/ph and the Shop Samsung app.

Yes. Samsung Rewards points redeemed on an order can be refunded if the order is returned. You'll see your points returned to your account within 5 days from your receipt of payment cancellation order.

Samsung Rewards Tiering is a loyalty program that rewards customers who purchase products through the online store.
There are 3 tier levels - Blue, Gold, Platinum.
Each tier will come with incremental benefits such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions, and discounts.

You will need to be signed up for the Samsung Rewards program to be eligible for Tiering.

You will be added into the Blue tier as soon as you join the program.
If you spend between Php 120,000 and Php 189,999 within 2 years of joining the program, you'll be promoted to the Gold tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Gold member, all you need to do is to spend between Php 120,000 and Php 189,999 within the 2-year time period after you upgrade.
If you spend Php 190,000 or over within 2 years of joining the program, you'll be promoted to the Platinum tier to receive advanced benefits. To stay as a Platinum member, all you need to do is to spend Php 190,000 within the 2-year time period after you upgrade.

Only purchases made on our online store after joining Samsung Rewards will be eligible for Samsung Rewards Tiering evaluation.

Rewards eligiblity is checked on the last day of every month and will consider all purchases made over the previous 24 months that have passed the cooling off period. If the purchase is not included on a particular month, then it will be considered on the following month. After the tiers are evaluated on the last day of every month, qualified members will be upgraded on the 10th of the next month.

You can check your Tiering level and rewards points by logging into your account at any time and visiting My Page at www.samsung.com/ph/mypage/rewards.

You will receive Gold and Platinum benefits for 24 months after you upgrade to the respective tier. To stay at the Gold or Platinum level, you should have spent the required amount on Samsung.com within the previous 24 months.

Cross-Border Rewards Conversion provides the service that enables customers to convert Rewards earned in a particular country by registering to Samsung Rewards Program to use in Samsung.com of other countries.

You can check your earned Reward points from entire Samsung.com and convert it on My Rewards Page under My Page.

Rewards Points transfers are available between Reward Programs of participating entities. Availability of the Reward points transfer may vary depending on country or region. 

Any behaviors to take an advantage and tax reduction may be punished according to local law regulations.

You can use your converted Rewards points after logging into your Samsung Account and registering to Samsung Rewards Program of the country where you intend to use your converted Rewards points.

Converted Rewards points have the expiration date of the country where it has been originally earned.

Converted Rewards points can be redeemed at any country which allows to use Rewards points on Galaxy Store, Samsung Art Store, and Samsung Food.

The usage of Rewards points may vary per country.
