Promo mechanics

Customers may trade-in old device to purchase a new Galaxy device via Samsung online store. |

If customer's delivery postal code is eligible for trade-in, customer will be able to proceed with device selection. Store pickup option is not available for trade-in. |

Customer to enter a valid 15-digit IMEI number to proceed to the last step (questionnaire). |

Customer must accurately answer the questionnaire based on the condition of the old device to obtain the estimated trade-in value. |

Customer's trade-in device will be assessed by 3rd party courier during the delivery of purchased Galaxy device. Any difference in details or condition of the device from the customer's original declaration may result in cancellation of the transaction. Customer may also be given the option to pay an additional amount (variance from the initial trade-in discount) to be collected via email billing, to be able to proceed with the transaction. |

Samsung Flagship Trade-In devices and other eligible trade-in devices get Guaranteed Value (RV Boost) on top of the appraised value and all other discounts up to ₱10,000 (See List of Trade-In models eligible for additional discounts). Discount will automatically reflect in the cart. |
Samsung Care+ guarantee

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5, S24 Ultra, S24+, and S24 Trade-In devices with active Samsung Care+ plan will get additional ₱1,000 discount on top of the appraised value and all other discounts. Discount will automatically reflect in the cart. |
