If customer’s delivery postal code is eligible for trade-in, customer will be able to proceed with device selection. Store pickup option is not available for trade-in.

Customer to enter a valid 15-digit IMEI number to proceed to the last step (questionnaire).

Customer must accurately answer the questionnaire based on the condition of the old device to obtain the estimated trade-in value.

Customer’s trade-in device will be assessed by 3rd party courier during the delivery of purchased Galaxy device. Any difference in details or condition of the device from the customer’s original declaration may result in cancellation of the transaction. Customer may also be given the option to pay an additional amount (variance from the initial trade-in discount) to be collected via email billing, to be able to proceed with the transaction.
