Simple swipe the green answer icon to the right to answer a call.
You can also swipe up to send quick decline messages.

Quick Settings
Swipe down from the top to quickly turn on and off the most useful settings such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and flight mode. Swipe down again to access a full list of settings. Tap and hold to adjust each option's settings.
