If you find that your TV cannot detect your Wi-Fi network or that it will not connect to Wi-Fi or a wired network, follow the steps below to check whether this is occuring with your TV or your network equipment.

Note: If at any point you need assistance with configuring settings on your router, contact your internet service provider or the manufacturer of the router.

1 Try to connect other devices on your internet network.

Check if your internet is working on other devices e.g. mobile phone, laptop - when those devices are connected to the same network as the TV. If any of the other devices on your network cannot access the internet as well, contact your internet service provider about the service interruption.

2 Power cycle your modem and/or router.

Unplug all your network-related device (such as a router, modem, etc.) and the TV for at least a minute. Then power back all your devices and try connecting your TV to the internet again.

3 If the TV does not detect any networks, connect to a hotspot.

Switch on your mobile device's hotspot (if available) and then and check if the TV sees it. This may not work if you have an older TV model and 5G hotspot.

Note: Ensure you have also tried connecting your TV to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network as some TV models may not support the 5Ghz Wi-Fi network.

4 Run a Network Status Test to check for any error message.

Head to Settings > General (& Privacy) > Network > Network Status to check the status of your internet connection. If an error message appears, it'll indicate the best way to resolve the connection.

5 Reset the Network.

To reset the Network Settings, head to Settings > General (& Privacy) > Network > Reset Network. Then follow the steps above to reconnect to Wi-Fi or wired network.
