Remote Control Troubleshooting:

The behavior of the LED on your Smart Remote can indicate different issues based on the pairing and charging status. Here’s a guide to diagnosing common problems:

 

The remote is properly connected to the TV via Bluetooth.

The Bluetooth connection between the TV and remote is disconnected. Some basic functions like volume and channel control still work via IR, but smart features (like Voice Control) require re-pairing the remote. Refer to the Remote Control Pairing Guide

This indicates the battery needs charging. You’ll also see an on-screen charging guide at 50%, 10%, and 1% battery levels. Charge the remote before use.

The remote is currently being charged via USB. The LED will turn off once charging is complete.
