How to Resolve Wireless Network Connection Issues on the Odyssey OLED G9

  • Navigate to Home > (left directional button) > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
  1. Ensure that the network cable is securely connected and the router is powered on.

  2. Connect your mobile device to the router via Wi-Fi to confirm the router is working.

  3. Restart the router by turning it off and on (this may take 2 to 3 minutes).

  4. If a security key is required, verify that it has been entered correctly.

  5. Unplug the Odyssey OLED G9 power cord or long-press the power button for at least 3 seconds.

  6. Ensure no electromagnetic wave generating device is placed between the Odyssey OLED G9 and the router.

  7. If unable to establish a wireless internet connection, try connecting the Odyssey OLED G9 to the wireless router via an Ethernet cable.

  8. If the Product connects to the internet via cable but not wirelessly, there might be an issue with the wireless router. In such cases, try a different router.
